This promotional campaign & or competition (“Competition”) is run by Suntory Beverage and Food South Africa Limited (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and residing in South Africa, except a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, or a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules. The T&C’s will be posted on the Lucozade website, www.lucozade.co.za and in the “Notes” section on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/LucozadeZA.
HOW THE PROMOTION AND OR COMPETITION WILL RUN:
The promotion (& Or competition) runs for a limited period commencing on the 03 October 2016 at 12:00am and closes on the 24th January 2017 at 23:59pm South African time (the closing date). All entries must be received by the closing date. No entries received after the closing date will be considered and any entries after this date will be rejected automatically.
260 000 MB’s of data will be awarded from/after the above noted commencement date.
Participants/Fans need to follow the correct steps and must answer/interact accordingly:

o Find the underliner code on the inside of the cap

o Enter (UNIQUE CODE)
o Follow the simple instructions & answer the questions where prompted
Following this the consumer stands a chance to win data (amount/s prescripted) – Which will be sent to the entry number used to complete the entry, via automated system management.
REWARDING OF PRIZES:
Winners will be contacted by a third party agency (VPAS Idea Merchants) on the mobile number used to enter the competition. Winners will be required to verbally confirm adherence to the terms and competitions of this promotion before being directed to an online information portal to complete the balance of the validation process.
Winners will be required to submit their banking details on the microsite. Accounts must be held in the winner’s name, proof thereof will be required. Winners will also be required to submit a copy of their SA Identity Document. Failure to meet any or all of these requirements within 5 working days of first being contacted will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
Following the above, consumers will qualify for (be grouped together) a bi-weekly (twice in one month) draw, for cash monies (possible amounts noted below RE: CASH PRIZES)
Following the previous bi-weekly entrant period being closed and the potential winners list being selected/finalised, a new bi-weekly period shall begin where a new group of entrants, based on their entry taking place within the “new” 2-week” entry period”, shall be selected and proceed to go through the same process as noted above. This process will be repeated six times (6).
At the end of the campaign all entries completed and received before 24th January 2017 at 24:00pm South African time (The closing period), that have qualified to win the R 10 000 (Ten Thousand Rand) winnings, will go into the grand Prize draw for R 100 000
The draws for R 10 000 (Ten Thousand Rand) will take place twice (2 times) every in a month (1st taking place in the middle of, and one at the end of the same month) with a grand prize draw taking place at the end of the campaign.
There will be 6 winners who will each win R 10 000 (Ten Thousand Rand) as well as 1 winner who shall win an R 100 000. Winners who have won the R10 000 (Ten Thousand Rand) will not be disqualified from winning the grand prize).

Lucozade reserves the right to potentially announce the winners via Lucozade’s social platforms (Facebook and or Twitter) as well as in any future communication to be determined by the brand.
Participation is unlimited per person.
The Promoter reserves the right to confirm the identity of the winner/entrant. The winner/entrant may be asked to produce all necessary and valid documentation prior to the adjudication process or prior to the prize being awarded.
The Promoter and its agents do not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Prizes.
The Promoter does not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, make no representations and gives no warranty that:
1. Your entry or participation in the competition will necessarily result in you winning a prize.
2. A prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet your, or, if applicable, any person’s requirements, preferences, standards or expectations; or
3. A prize, or any aspect thereof, will be satisfactory, punctual, and free from defects, safe or reliable.
Prizes are not transferable, may not be deferred, changed or may not be exchanged for cash or other Prizes.
THE PROMOTER’S RIGHTS:
All entries for the Promotion once submitted become the exclusive property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged nor will they be returned.
Promoter reserves the right disqualify any entry submitted that they deem, in their sole discretion, to be a violation of these terms and conditions or that are not in keeping with the Promoter's image.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, corrupted, delayed, and illegal or which are unable to be submitted due to software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control including unavailability of the websites, network or telecommunication failures.
By entering, a participant acknowledges that personal information about prize winners will be shared with the Promoter's agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to prize winners.
The Promoter reserves the right to announce winners and post pictures and/or videos on the Lucozade SA website page and social media for promotional purposes. In order to claim the prize, the winners must consent to the brand announcing their names on these platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability to compensate the participants, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring using the Prizes or otherwise arising in relation to the Promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not guarantee the quality of the Prizes and cannot be held liable for any personal loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or withdraw your eligibility to participate in this Promotion, including any offers made under it, in the instance of fraudulent activity or other breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute this Promotion with another Prize of equal or greater value. Promoter may need to vary these terms and conditions from time to time, at their discretion.
Although the Promoter has taken care to make sure that the prize/s is/are of a good quality, it does not give any warranties about the prize/s and you agree to accept the prize/s “as is.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, those arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Prize to that stated in these terms and conditions; or (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant/winner.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant/winner; or (b)subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
